European Association for Local Democracy - ALDA Skopje, Association of finance officers of the local governments and public entreprises and European Movement in Skopje implement the project "CSOs for making local democracy work", financed by the EU delegation in Skopje through the IPA Civil Society Facility and Media Programme 2015. 

For the needs of the project, the Association of finance officers of the local governments and public entreprises in Veles launches a public call for development of web-application which will be uploaded on the website of the project: www.lokalnademokratija.mk.

The web-application is supposed to be developed in a period of 30 working days from the day of signing the Agreement between ZFR Veles and the selected company. 

All interested parties should send an offer with the need docuemnts until 30th March the latest. The offer needs to be sent electronically at the email address of ZFR Veles: zfrlsjpv@t.mk. The offer needs to be scanned, signed and stamped. 

Note: The deadline has been extended to 5th April 2018, 17:00 the latest.
