On 6 of December 2018, in Krushevo, within the project "Creation of Local Youth Strategy in the Municipality of Krushevo", the Youth Council Prilep in cooperation with the Municipality of Krushevo and the Council of Youth in the Municipality of Krushevo organized the final event of their project intended for promoting the local youth strategy, which was officially adopted by the Council of the Municipality of Krusevo on 31.10.2018.

The event was attended by the Mayor of the Municipality of Krusevo, Tome Hristoski, representatives of the Local Self-Government from Krusevo as well as representatives of the Local Youth Council. At the event, besides the presentation of the youth strategy, the key priorities for the youth and the future activities that need to be undertaken, were also defined.

A series of activities aimed at mapping the needs and problems of the young people as well as establishing a structure for preparation were organized before the local youth strategy was adopted. The implementation of the strategy will contribute for improving the situation of young people in Krushevo through increased active participation in the political, social, economic and cultural life of the local community.

The project “Creation of Local Youth Strategy in the Municipality of Krushevo” is supported within the framework of the scheme for re-granting the project "CSOs for making local democracy work", implemented by ALDA, the European Movement of the Republic of Macedonia and the Association of Financial Workers of Local Governments.
